Daeniel Monreal
Trainee solicitor
Daeniel Monreal joined FSP in September 2026 as a Trainee Solicitor in the Corporate Team. Prior to joining the firm, he studied Anthropology and Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) as part of his route to qualification.
During his corporate seat of his training contract, Daeniel will be supporting the Corporate team on a broad range of matters related to M&A transactions including drafting ancillary documents, assisting with due diligence, and facilitating the completion process. Daeniel also assists the team with corporate governance, Companies House matters and company secretarial work.
